CEO Letter to Clients and Partners on Coronavirus (COVID-19)

Together, we face an unprecedented challenge and a shared concern over the spread and growing impact of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.

Top of mind for the Morae team and I is ensuring the health and well-being of our clients, partners, employees, and all those within the communities where we live and work. It is crucial we do what we can to prevent the further spread of this virus, which has already affected so many in the world.

To this end, Morae has initiated global business continuity protocols and other measures to ensure we maintain safe working environments and seamless operations. This includes a pivoting to virtual workplaces, powered by many of the same technologies we offer clients for the digital transformation of legal departments and law firms.

Leveraging our long-standing secure cloud-based systems, our employees are trained and empowered with work-from-home and mobile work solutions to ensure we continue delivering the same high-level of service and support our clients and partners expect and appreciate from Morae.

For everyone’s safety, we have suspended all international travel and limited our domestic travel for any non-essential business. Of course, we are continuing to meet face-to-face virtually, through an array of video conferencing and collaboration tools we use.

We will provide additional updates as circumstances change and we will be continuously monitoring all of our critical suppliers, plans, utilities and infrastructure to ensure our service and support remain uninterrupted.

We understand that in today’s world the pace of business must carry on.
