WorkSite Assist is a suite of applications from Phoenix Business Solutions, which enhance and improve the user experience of Interwoven WorkSite. The tools are intended to make the management of content within WorkSite simpler and more effective. Working closely with our customers we have developed our utilities to meet the growing, real world needs of WorkSite users:
Workspace Assist: A full matter lifecycle Workspace management tool that automatically updates from your PMS system, including: Workspace Generation, Workspace Update, Declaration of Workspaces as records, Workspace Archiving, E-Mail Notification and Shortcut Generation.
Document Import Assist: Import documents from a file system into WorkSite, Maintain folder structure from either Workspace or file system, Delta Import functionality.
E-Mail Import Assist: Import E-Mails from Exchange Public Folders or users Inboxes into WorkSite, Use Categories and Flags to show e-mails have been copied to WorkSite like E-Mail Assist, Alternatively e-mails can be moved to WorkSite.
Sweeper Assist: A generic tool to enable documents that are not contained in a Workspace to be automatically swept.
Photo Assist: Import photographs from digital cameras or file system, Option to compress and resize image on import, Insert options in Word, Excel and PowerPoint Supports the use of thumbnails of the of the images on both import and insert.
AutoCAD Assist: Integration of AutoCAD for WorkSite, Full xref support for drawings stored in WorkSite.
