Import Assist enables the import of document from a file system into iManage worksite. It supports advanced import rule sets for complex and automated imports and maintains folder structure from either workspace or file systems.Delta imports are available for staged imports.

Worksite Guardian

WorkSite Guardian will protect the IP of your firm that is stored within WorkSite via real time monitoring and alerts. Although your WorkSite solution may adhere to security, are you protected from rogue activity from within? WorkSite Guardian will:

Refiler

Optimise and Enforce Your WorkSite Refiling process.

Take the WorkSite refilling burden away from the client to the server.

Refiling is performed for ad-hoc requirements for changes to metadata or security against a workspace. These changes need to be reflected against folders and documents in that workspace.

WorkSite Refiler will:

• Allow more rule based granularity such as folder exception capabilities 
• Ensure that the refilling process is enforced server side rather than being an option client side. 
• Prevent the client being tied up during the process 
• Provide full logging of who changed the Workspace and what changes were performed

Export Assist

Export workspaces with folders and documents to a Windows file system whilst maintaining underlying folder structure. Advanced options are also available to export profile information against documents, and to print the content of the Workspaces in the order presented.
