International law firm Edwards Wildman has deployed the Phoenix WorkSite Monitor Connect solution. The implementation covers the 20 server WorkSite environment and provides live monitoring and alerting of key services including E-Mail filing and IDOL Search as well as general Worksite system performance monitoring.

The firm was looking to implement a centralized system monitoring platform that could give them a 360 view of all of their critical enterprise applications. Mark Gorringe, Global Director of Information Technology, recognizing the benefits of having real time insight into the health of their large and distributed environment, commented, “Systems monitoring has been an area we have wanted to develop for some time, the Phoenix tools providing critical added value for Worksite monitoring. We were delighted with the ease of implementation. Within days we had a configuration providing vital timely information to our operations and support teams, mitigating risk and providing an invaluable service to the business.” 

Phoenix Business Solutions announced the opening of their New York Support Center in March 2013 and also launched Phoenix Monitor Connect in North America. Phoenix Monitor Connect continuously monitors the performance and availability of Autonomy iManage WorkSite servers, to ensure that issues are identified, reported and resolved before the end user is aware that a problem even exists.

Alerts can be adapted to route to the client’s service desk, a dual alert route to both the client and one of the three global Phoenix 24/7 service desks or a fully managed service.

In addition to monitoring Autonomy iManage WorkSite servers, Phoenix Monitor Connect has the ability to extend its monitoring capabilities to other business critical legal applications. Phoenix has implemented this solution to numerous clients and plans to release further connectors over the coming months.
