Phoenix wins Olswang DTE Axiom implementation

International law firm Olswang has awarded Phoenix Business Solutions a contract to supply and implement DTE Axiom time recording and capture product to its global user base of over 650.

Having looked at several products and piloted two, IT Director Clive Knott selected DTE Axiom as best of breed.

“As well as being more user-friendly and intuitive than its competitors, DTE Axiom proved to be a better fit for the business strategically in terms of our technology roadmap.”

 
According to Knott, DTE Axiom is a robust system, with a nice clean interface. It is easy to use and integrated with BlackBerry and Outlook so that lawyers can bill against appointments in their diaries. He commented: “Phoenix delivered the product quickly and effectively. They are a good team to work with, provide excellent support and are quick to respond to issues. The implementation went smoothly and effectively.”
