Phoenix Growth Continues

Phoenix is pleased to report a third successive year of growth, with annual revenues up by 34% from last year. Over the last two years Phoenix has invested in the APAC region, which has seen this region contribute 16% to the total revenue of the company.
HP to Acquire Autonomy

HP and Autonomy have agreed the acquisition of Autonomy by HP subject to a Shareholder vote. Both boards have recommended the proposal. It is very early days but Phoenix have had initial discussions with Autonomy and it's clear that the venture will run as a Business Solutions subsidiary of HP keeping with HP's strategy to focus more on business software.
Phoenix manages the successful consolidation of Autonomy iManage WorkSites following the Gilbert + Tobin & Blakiston Crabb merger

Top Australian law firm Gilbert + Tobin recently completed a merger with Perth law firms Blakiston Crabb which involved the complete consolidation of all IT infrastructure for both of the firms. As part of this merger, Phoenix performed and managed the consolidation of two separate Autonomy iManage WorkSite deployments into a single system within two weeks.
Phoenix wins Olswang Autonomy DMS swapout

International law firm Olswang has awarded Phoenix a contract to supply and implement Autonomy’s document management system (DMS) to its global user base of over 700. This project forms part of a comprehensive desktop refresh. IT Director Clive Knott selected Autonomy to replace the firm’s previous DMS, which was due for replacement.
