How did it go?
With over 40 attendees, this was Phoenix’s largest seminar to date, focusing on Goal- Based learning and how this can help with an Office 2010 or iManage 8.5 roll out. The seminar saw delegates from firms such as Lawrence Graham, SJ Berwin and Gresham leaving with a better understanding of how the Phoenix partnership with Capensys can lead to a more successful rollout by applying the Goal- Based learning approach.
Many of the delegates attending the seminar were unaware of how a Goal-Based learning approach can benefit their firms’ rollout, so the seminar aimed to demonstrate these points. The idea that the users should remain the focus throughout the rollout was key. Phoenix’s e-learning solutions provide firms with training that focuses on the user and what they need to know to accomplish their goals in the firm, so users only see training which is directly relevant to them.
This approach seemed to appeal to the attending delegates, with feedback suggesting that all agreed that Goal-Based learning is the way forward and most can see Goal-Based learning being applied within their firm to an upcoming rollout.
The seminar also saw Dave Rogers from Gresham win the Kindle prize draw and kindly donate the prize to Great Ormond Street Hospital.
