1st Line Support Technician
This role requires someone who is familiar with Windows XP, Microsoft Office and has good communication skills. The role will suit a graduate or someone with helpdesk / customer service experience who is looking to get into Desktop Support. The role will involve not only logging client queries and resolving the basic queries but will also require someone who can establish a good relationship with the clients they talk to on a daily basis. This is a great opportunity to join a lively and rapidly expanding company and become a key member of a new formed team. Knowledge of Document Management Systems desirable but it’s not essential.

Technical Consultants
Persons required to join an expanding team of experienced consultants, the relevent person should be commercially aware and highly motivated to provide excellent customer service within the legal industry. The successful candidate will be expected to work closely with the customer and team to ensure projects are delivered on time and in cost. You will have a good knowledge of basic networking technologies, and experience with Document Management. SQL, VB / VBA and Web languages will form part of your everyday tasks. Experience with CRM and Project Management an advantage.
