Developer - London
The role is for a developer to assist in the development of products in a challenging timeframe, participate in design sessions and work with customers during product design to completion. This person must be dynamic and have an analytical approach to their work, the ability to problem solve with a meticulous attention to detail; also with the ability to cope with conflicting demands to prioritise tasks in hand. The ideal candidate must also have strong interpersonal and organisational skills, use their own initiative and take pride in a job well done. Client facing experience is desired, and producing specification documents and using UML is extremely important. They will have experience in SQL, .Net (C#, ASP), XML. Knowledge & understanding of iManage WorkSite, SharePoint and Workflow a distinct advantage.
Project Managers - London
The successful candidate will manage projects for the consultancy and development teams, and will be the primary contact for the customer throughout the entire project lifecycle. Technologies will include Document and Knowledge Management, Enterprise Search and Time Recording. The project manager will ensure the project is scoped accordingly, documented and ready for the technical consultant and developers to deliver the solution. Throughout the project, the project manager will ensure there is regular and detailed communication with the customer and project team, and that the highest service levels are achieved and maintained until sign off. The successful candidate will be a true leader, have excellent communication skills and attention to detail. They will also have a proven track record in delivering projects on time and in budget in a legal and / or professional services organisation. Technical and project management experience in the Autonomy product suite or similar an advantage.
Support Analyst - London
The successful candidate will provide in depth technical support to our customer base on a number of applications. Essential skills include SQL scripting, Autonomy iManage (Server and Client), Windows Server skills and Microsoft Office. This person must be dynamic and have an analytical approach to their work, the ability to manage and prioritise tasks, with a meticulous attention to detail. They will also possess the ability to cope with conflicting demands and tasks whilst remaining approachable and professional. The candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be proactive and have an aptitude for troubleshooting. Training and certification provided for the right individual.
Technical Consultant
As part of the consultancy team, you will be working with a number of technologies, including the Autonomy iManage Product Suite and DTE Time Recording. The successful candidate will have experience in these products or similar technologies and will have proven track record within legal or professional services firms. Excellent SQL skills are a necessity and experience in C#, ASP.NET and the iManage API are an advantage. The role is multi-faceted, and will include installation and configuration of software, SQL scripting and integration with firms existing systems. It is a client facing role that will require excellent communication skills and the ability to provide guidance to our client base on their chosen solution. Training and certification will be provided for the right individual.
